Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) offers services for children from birth to age six with developmental delays. A special education evaluation determines eligibility for services. Children under three receive services in a natural environment, while older children have classroom options at Tilden Community Center. Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) and Individualized Education Programs (IEP) outline goals and services, developed with parents and ECSE staff.
