The Minnesota League of Women Voters (LWV) will host an ISD 200 School Board Candidate Forum
Wednesday, October 2, 2019, from 7 PM - 8:30 PM in the Hastings Middle School Auditorium.
All candidates running for a seat on the school board have been invited to participate.
The Forum will also be made available through local cable TV.
The purpose of the Candidate Forum is to give ISD 200 voters an opportunity to hear candidates discuss issues of importance to them in this election. The event is free and open to the public. The candidates will answer written questions received from the public during this moderated event.
LWV Candidate Forums follow the non-partisan, unbiased, and impartial format established by LWV Minnesota. The forum will be moderated by a LWV member, who is a trained moderator. The LWV does not endorse political parties or candidates for public office.
